The Union Eco Care Initiative was established by a dedicated group of activists, environmentalists, and labor rights advocates who recognized the interconnectedness of these challenges and felt compelled to take action as a response to the alarming rates of workplace accidents, occupational diseases, and environmental degradation. Rooted in compassion and a sense of responsibility, it seeks to create safer, healthier workplaces and a sustainable future for all.
